The MMG Foundation Annual Digital Magazine 2025 is here once again. It is packed with its usual wide variety of articles on topics that are of concern and interest to people of African descent.
The chairperson starts off by reviewing the MMG Foundation’s Vocational Training Programme activities over the past year and looks forward to the coming year. She explains the need for MMGF to maintain its focus, dedication, resilience and consistency. The foundation continues to seek sponsorship and partnerships with relevant organisations that shares the foundation’s vision of neutering and supporting African youths.
We reflect on the one hundred per cent(100%) pass rate that was achieved by last year students and an in-depth look at some of the outstanding individuals who made this success possible.
We go back to first principles and take a look at the ancient Kingdoms and empires of Kemet(Egypt) and Nubia(Sudan). We highlight the development made in mathematics, physics, medicine, astronomy and phycological healing. We then link how the people of the Caribbean continues our ancient traditions.
There is then an in-depth analysis of the partnership between KGL Foundation and MMG Foundation and the impact it is having on the local youths. The main pillars of Pan-Africanism are then examined and we investigate how these core principals and values can propel the African nations forward.
There is a extensive look at Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it will influence our lives now and into the future. The Phycological and emotional challenges of resettling in Africa then comes into focus. In the Puzzle of Lady Patience JaJa we tell the story of the wife of King JaJa and the links between the Caribbean and Africa.
The main feature focuses on Captain Ibrahim Traore, the young Burkina Faso leader and MMG Foundation’s personality of the year. We look at how captain Traore rejuvenated Pan African optimism and his strategy to gain real independence for his country and the wider African continent.
We also examine the posthumous pardon granted to Marcus Garvey by former US President Joe Byden in 2024.
Finally, we feature the individuals receiving the awards.
