DESCRIPTION:The MMG Foundation will be hosting its Annual Marcus Garvey Day
  Celebrations.\nWe will be celebrating the One Hundred and Thirty Seventh 
 year of the birth of the\nRT. Excellent. Marcus Mosiah Garvey\, One of the
  Fathers of Pan-Africanism\,\nJamaica’s First National Hero and the foun
 der of the UNIA.\n\nThe Event will take place at the Gold Coast Restaurant
  on Saturday 17th August 2024.\nThe preceding will start at 5pm.\n\nThe Ce
 lebrations will feature a Three Course Meal and a live Performance from\nT
 he Ghana National Symphony Orchestra.\nWe will also have a live performanc
 e from the Connexion Steel Band Orchestra\nlive and Direct from Trinidad &
 amp\; Tobago.\nOther local acts such as Osagyefo ‘The Simple Entertainer
 ’ will also be appearing.\n\nThere will also be Awards and Citations Giv
 en to worthy individuals who have propagated\nthe Pan-Africanist Vision an
 d Supported the MMG Foundation throughout the Years.\n\nThe Event will be 
 a Fundraiser for The MMG Foundation’s\nVocational Training Programme for
  African Youths.\n\nThere will also be an Auction\, Raffle and other Fun a
